Shipping Costs
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components. In the case of shipment to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order, which are not paid through us or invoiced by us, but are payable by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details. In addition to the stated prices, we charge the following shipping costs per order.
If both the delivery address and the billing address are within the Federal Republic of Germany, we will deliver free of charge for orders with a minimum order value of 20,00 EUR or more. If the delivery address is outside the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, the shipping costs depend on the country to which the shipment is made. Delivery Times
Currently our delivery times in Germany are approx. 2 - 5 working days after order confirmation. For international deliveries within 7-10 working days after order confirmation, depending on the country of destination.
We point out that we have no influence on other circumstances, such as the transport companies in international countries, strikes, customs, etc. and these can extend the delivery times. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
