Teilnahmebedingungen „M2 BEAUTÉ International Women's Day“

1. Das "Inernational Women's Day" Gewinnspiel von M2 BEAUTÉ findet im Zeitraum vom 08.03.2024/14:00 Uhr bis 15.03.2024/14:00 Uhr statt und wird von M2 BEAUTÉ, Anna-Schneider-Steig 4, 50678 Köln, veranstaltet.

2. Der Gewinn des Gewinnspiels besteht aus jeweils einem 150 €-Rabatt-Code, der im M2 BEAUTÉ Online Shop einzulösen ist. Der Rabatt-Code ist mit keinen weiteren Aktionen kombinierbar und einmalig auf den Warenkorb anwendbar.

3. Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Weise mit Instagram und Facebook in Verbindung.

4. Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist kostenlos und freiwillig.

5. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Personen, die zu Beginn des Gewinnspiels mit Stichtag 08.03.2024 das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben und einen Wohnsitz in Europa haben.

6. Eine Teilnahme im Namen Dritter ist nicht erlaubt.

7. Durch die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erklärt der Teilnehmer sein Einverständnis zu den Regeln des Gewinnspiels.

8. Die Teilnahme ist innerhalb des im Gewinnspiel angegebenen Zeitraums möglich.

9. Aus allen Teilnehmer:innen, die im Gewinnspielzeitraum mitmachen, werden zum Ende der angegeben Gewinnspielfrist drei Gewinner:innen gezogen. Daraufhin werden die Gewinner:innen per direct message über Instagram verständigt.

10. Der Gewinn kann nicht weitergegeben oder zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt eingelöst werden. Zudem ist keine Barablöse möglich. Eine Auszahlung des Gewinns ist nicht möglich ist. Wenn sich die Gewinnerinnen nicht innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach der Benachrichtigung zurückmeldet, verliert er jeglichen Gewinnanspruch.

11. M2 BEAUTÉ behält sich das Recht vor das Gewinnspiel ohne Angabe weiterer Gründe vorzeitig zu beenden.

12. Das Gewinnspiel unterliegt ausschließlich deutschem Recht.

Conditions of participation "M2 BEAUTÉ International Women's Day"

1. The competition "International Women's Day" by M2 BEAUTÉ takes place in the period from 08.03.2024/02:00 pm until 15.03.2024/02:00 pm and is organized by M2 BEAUTÉ, Anna-Schneider-Steig 4, 50678 Cologne, Germany.

2. The prize of the competition consists of a €150 discount code to be redeemed in the M2 BEAUTÉ online shop. The discount code cannot be combined with any other promotions and can only be used once on the shopping basket.

3. The sweepstake is in no way associated with Instagram and Facebook.

4. The participation in the sweepstakes is free and voluntary.

5. Eligible to participate are persons who have reached the age of 18 at the start of the competition with a cut-off date of 08.03.2024 and have a residence in Europe.

6. A participation on behalf of third parties is not permitted.

7. By participation in the competition, the participant agrees to the rules of the competition.

8. The participation is possible within the period specified in the competition.

9. From all participants who participate in the competition period, three winners will be drawn at the end of the specified competition period. The winners will then be notified by direct message via Instagram.

10. The prize cannot be passed on or redeemed at another time. In addition, no cash redemption is possible. Payment of the prize is not possible. If the winner does not get back to us within 48 hours after the notification, he loses any claim to the prize.

11. M2 BEAUTÉ reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely without giving to end the competition prematurely.
