1. Das HOUSE OF EYEARE Gewinnspiel von M2 BEAUTÉ findet im Zeitraum vom 26.05.2023/16:00 Uhr bis 26.06.2023/15:59 Uhr (über 31 Tage) statt und wird von M2 BEAUTÉ, Anna-Schneider-Steig 4, 50678 Köln, veranstaltet.
2. Der Gewinn des Gewinnspiels besteht aus dem EYELASH AWAKENING SERUM in einem Wert von 92 € UVP, dem EYELASH ACTIVATING SERUM in einem Wert von 134 € UVP, dem EYEBROW RENEWING SERUM in einem Wert von 144,50 € UVP, dem EYEBROW ENHANCER COLOR & CARE BLONDE in einem Wert von 31 € UVP, dem EYEBROW ENHANCER COLOR & CARE BROWN in einem Wert von 31 € UVP, der BLACK NANO MASCARA NUTRITION & NATURAL GROWTH in einem Wert von 37,50 € UVP und dem den EYEZONE CONDITIONING CARE COMPLEX in einem Wert von 49,50 € UVP. Der Gesamtwert des Gewinnspiels beträgt 519,50 € UVP.

3. Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Weise mit Instagram und Facebook in Verbindung.

4. Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist kostenlos und freiwillig.

5. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Personen, die zu Beginn des Gewinnspiels mit Stichtag 26.06.2023/15:59 das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben und einen Wohnsitz in Deutschland haben.

6. Eine Teilnahme im Namen Dritter ist nicht erlaubt.

7. Durch die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erklärt der Teilnehmer sein Einverständnis zu den Regeln des Gewinnspiels.

8. Die Teilnahme ist innerhalb des im Gewinnspiel angegebenen Zeitraums möglich.

9. Aus allen Teilnehmer:innen, die im Gewinnspielzeitraum mitmachen, wird zum Ende der angegeben Gewinnspielfrist eine Gewinner:in gezogen. Daraufhin wird die Gewinner:in per E-mail verständigt.

10. Der Gewinn kann nicht weitergegeben oder zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt eingelöst werden. Zudem ist keine Barablöse möglich. Eine Auszahlung des Gewinns ist nicht möglich ist. Wenn sich die Gewinnerinnen nicht innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach der Benachrichtigung zurückmeldet, verliert er jeglichen Gewinnanspruch.

11. M2 BEAUTÉ behält sich das Recht vor das Gewinnspiel ohne Angabe weiterer Gründe vorzeitig zu beenden.

12. Das Gewinnspiel unterliegt ausschließlich deutschem Recht.

1. The HOUSE OF EYECARE competition by M2 BEAUTÉ takes place in the period from 26.05.2023/16:00 h until 26.06.2023/15:59 h (over 31 days) and is organized by M2 BEAUTÉ, Anna-Schneider-Steig 4, 50678 Cologne, Germany.

The prize of the competition consists of the EYELASH AWAKENING SERUM in a value of 92 € RRP, the EYELASH ACTIVATING SERUM with a value of 134 € SRP, the EYEBROW RENEWING SERUM with a value of 144,50 € SRP, the EYEBROW ENHANCER COLOR & CARE BLONDE with a value of 31 € SRP, the EYEBROW ENHANCER COLOR & CARE BROWN with a value of 31 € SRP, the BLACK NANO MASCARA NUTRITION & NATURAL GROWTH with a value of 37,50 € SRP and the EYEZONE CONDITIONING CARE COMPLEX with a value of 49,50 € SRP. The total value of the competition is 519,50 € SRP.

3. The sweepstake is in no way associated with Instagram and Facebook.

4. The participation in the sweepstakes is free and voluntary.

5. Eligible to participate are persons who have reached the age of 18 at the start of the competition with a cut-off date of 26.06.2023/15:59h am and have a residence in Europe.

6. A participation on behalf of third parties is not permitted.

7. By participation in the competition, the participant agrees to the rules of the competition.

8. The participation is possible within the period specified in the competition.

9. From all participants who participate in the competition period, 1 winner will be drawn at the end of the specified competition period. The winner will then be notified by e-mail.
